CALL Player Commits to College Baseball

Congratulations to Patrick Kantz, a senior at Amherst High School, who recently committed to play baseball at John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. Patrick has played his entire house (t-ball through majors) and travel (7U through 18U) careers with Central Amherst! He says that all of the summers spent playing competitive travel ball together with a core group of teammates at Central Amherst has contributed to the recent success of the Amherst High School varsity baseball team, which just won back-to-back sectional titles for the first time since 1947-48 and reached the state quarterfinals this past season.
